Peas, Lincoln #2701 CO2
Sweet and tender, this old homestead shelling pea boasts medium-sized, slightly curved, light-green pods filled with 8-9 delicious peas. Vines are 2 – 2.5’ tall and very productive. This heirloom holds well even in summer weather.
Peas thrive in cool weather. Sow seeds outdoors as soon as soil can be worked in spring. Plant seeds 2-3" apart and 1⁄2-1" deep in rows 24" apart. Seeds will germinate in 7-14 days. Double rows of peas can be planted on each side of a trellis.
